Our Home Manager

Rema Sankaran brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Home Manager at St Michael’s Care.

Rema began her career as a nurse in the acute sector, working both in India and the Middle East before joining St Michael’s in 2005. Over the past 18 years, she has become a highly respected member of the team, progressing to Clinical Lead where she oversaw the nursing team with expertise and compassion.

As Home Manager, Rema is valued for her deep knowledge of the home, her strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, and her commitment to delivering the highest standards of person-centred care. Her leadership style is both supportive and collaborative, ensuring that residents feel safe, cared for, and respected, while staff are encouraged to grow and excel in their roles.

Under Rema’s guidance, St Michael’s will continue to thrive, building on its long-standing reputation for excellence in care and community.
